Meet Vanessa: Lover of the great outdoors. If she’s not in the garden, she’s planning her next camping trip – sometimes both!
I enjoy being able to help people and guide them through the labyrinth of the legal process that most people are unfamiliar with, so that their rights are protected and they are more informed to make the right decisions.
Favourite family outing?
Camping on the banks of the beautiful Murray River.
Where can we find you on the weekend?
If not in the garden, then at Bunnings or Garden World buying something for the garden or planning for our next camping trip.
Favourite holiday destination and why?
Torrumbarry near Echuca on the Murray River where nature is my alarm clock and the air is fresh and clean.
What is your hidden talent/fun fact about yourself?
Baking the best extra zesty lemon cupcakes!
What are three things still left on your bucket list?
Retiring in a small country town in Victoria, travelling around Europe especially to Novaggio, Switzerland, where my ancestors are from and paying off the mortgage (not necessarily in that order).
If you could abolish or create one law what would it be and why?
I would abolish the law that permits self-represented litigants in family violence court hearings being able to cross-examine their victims due to the extreme stress placed upon the victim.
