Leonie Dubbelman

Leonie is a lawyer in our property law practice, dealing with commercial and residential property transactions and other property matters.

Leonie comes with a wealth of knowledge in wills and estates. She takes a holistic approach to estate planning. Prior to joining Carroll Goldsmith Lawyers, Leonie accumulated significant experience in probate and estate matters as a law clerk for State Trustees Limited.

Leonie also has experience in the complex area of superannuation law, including providing advice on establishing Self-Managed Super Funds, investment restrictions, limited recourse borrowing arrangements, contribution limits, the tax implications of death benefit payments and claims by non-beneficiaries.

Leonie is the Law Institute of Victoria, Young Lawyer’s Representative for the Mornington Peninsula.

Leonie is currently on maternity leave.
